Pottery Wheel — Ceramic Machine & Paints Included
A small electric pottery wheel in the shape of a cat. Your child sets a lump of clay on the turntable, switches it on and shapes a bowl or pot with wet hands as it spins. Once it has dried, they paint it with the colours in the set.
What it builds
- Hand strength and control, from pressing and pulling the clay into shape as it turns
- Patience, because the clay only rises if the hands stay steady
- Colour mixing and design, when the finished piece is painted
- Something they made themselves, which goes on a shelf at the end
Why we stock it
Most clay sets end with a lump of clay and nothing to show for it. A wheel turns that lump into a real pot, the way potters make them. This one is small enough for a table and quiet enough for a living room. The paint pots sit in the base, so painting happens in the same place as shaping, without a second mess on another table.

Care
Wipe the turntable with a damp cloth after each session, before the clay dries on it. Keep water away from the motor and switch. Store the clay sealed in its bag so it stays soft. Finished pieces dry in 24 to 48 hours. They are for display, not for food or water.
